Meeting Cousin Jack

Harold was visiting Andrea last week, so Micah, Paul and I (Megan) went to western PA so that "Papa" could spend some time with all three of his grandsons.

Here's our baby nephew: Andrea and Steve's sweet son, Jack Wolfe.

Paul and Papa had lots of fun together!

We saw some re-runs of "two boys on the lap," with the baby being Jack now. Micah obviously was excited about his new cousin.

"Hey Jack, Paul is peeking at you and wondering how you could stare at that toy and resist playing with him!"

"Do you think it's my drooling problem that is keeping Jack away?" - Paul

From Micah's saucer-sized eyes after driving Grandpa Doug's mower, you would have thought he had just rode the most fun roller coaster! May you who have the job of mowing enjoy it that much.

This week, Micah is in Vacation Bible School, with me (Megan) as his teacher. I've been pleased that during the first two days, the 8 sweet 3 year olds in my classroom seem to have learned the main points (e.g. God is real and God is with us!) It is really nice when God shows the teacher, (me) that He is real and with me by having the kids listen so well. In the meantime, Paul is learning to clap, giving many opportunities to show me his "proud face" with three chins!

FYI: the next post below is also brand new. (I'm playing catch-up.)
