I'm including this second clip since I (Megan) am indecisive and I needed the practice of uploading a video a third time. You see, I had forgotten how to do all 15 steps since last week! Sorry to loose your confidence if I am helping you to blog. Now, however, I am equipped to walk you through the video process! :)
Keep up with the Tongen family! We will be posting photos on this weblog periodically so that our friends and family can see what is going on with Anthony, Megan, Micah, Paul and Samuel!

Joy to the World

Click To Play
I'm figuring out how to provide you with videos. The quality isn't great, since we don't have a video camera -- we just use our digital. Even though this was filmed at Christmastime, everyone needs to hear "Joy to the World" when the temperature is >80!

Action Verbs
Our lives are filled with fun action verbs right now! You can follow the bold verbs through the last couple of weeks of photos.

Here are the boys birding with Great-Grandpa Smith, who we got to see a couple of times the last few weeks. I'm sorry, Smith clan -- I didn't remember my camera to take photos of Will and Taylor's great concert. We'll have to put in a request through the Bev and Keith blog, since they took some good ones.

Here, on Grandaddy's lap, Paul is thinking, "See, Great-aunt Carla, if I put my head in the sunshine, I can have snazzy red hair again!" (Actually, I have two blond-haired, blue-eyed boys still; people stop me when we are out and about and say, "I can guess what your husband looks like!")

Paul is pretty proud of himself for being the king of the hill - I mean dad- in the boys' first wrestling match (of MANY, I suspect.)

Micah and Paul still do quite a lot of hugging. I keep wondering when the baby brother novelty will wear off for Micah, but it still hasn't!

We have lots of fun walking downtown. We got to visit friends who live next to the National Forest last week and had a great time playing in the stream, (again, sorry, no photos) but we also like living in the heart of our little city.
Paul has been singing "Ah, ah, ah, ah. . ." We'll have to teach him the next line: "Staying Alive" now that he is apparently disco dancing! Of course, Micah is often clapping for him!

Thank God it's Spring!

I realize that I haven't posted any pictures for awhile, but I really think it is because I have been so busy ENJOYING Paul, Micah, Anthony and life in general that I haven't been taking photos. As you can see, Anthony loves our sons SO much.

Being able to sit up is SO great, especially when we're outside and can look around at our springtime backyard (or more likely, read books!) It turns out that Paul is a great 6 month old. He's eating a lot, sleeping a lot, and laughing a lot!
"We are SOOOOO cool. We are trying to grow up too fast for you."
Have you noticed that Micah is always holding a book? He seems ready to study for finals with all of the JMU students at the arboretum. Oh yeah, since people have been asking -- we are at James Madison University, but we do have several friends-of-friends who were killed at Virginia Tech. By this tragedy, I am once again reminded that I am meant for heaven, even though I find myself being very comfortable here on earth.
